Antibiotic Supply for Hospitals, NGOs & International Buyers
Antimicrobial resistance and supply chain disruption have placed growing pressure on healthcare systems to maintain access to essential antibiotics. Euro Biom bridges this gap by supplying antibiotics, including reserve and last-resort agents, to NHS trusts, international hospitals, and NGO-managed health facilities in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
Our antibiotic portfolio spans all major drug classes. Beta-lactams include penicillins (amoxicillin, co-amoxiclav, flucloxacillin, benzylpenicillin, piperacillin-tazobactam), cephalosporins (cefalexin, cefuroxime, ceftriaxone, ceftazidime, cefotaxime), and carbapenems (meropenem, imipenem-cilastatin, ertapenem). These are commonly requested for hospital-acquired infections and sepsis management.
Fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin), macrolides (clarithromycin, azithromycin, erythromycin), tetracyclines (doxycycline, minocycline), and nitroimidazoles (metronidazole, tinidazole) form part of our standard range.
For resistant organisms, we supply vancomycin, teicoplanin, linezolid, daptomycin, and colistin. Anti-tuberculosis medicines including isoniazid and ethambutol are regularly supplied to TB programmes in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Rifampicin and rifampicin-combination products are UK export-restricted and are not supplied. For other UK-licensed anti-tuberculosis medicines not yet registered in the destination country, we can supply under the buyer's named patient import route.
