Access to inhalers and respiratory medicines is a persistent challenge in many markets, particularly in Africa and parts of the Middle East where cold chain and regulatory complexities affect local supply. Our short-acting bronchodilator (SABA) range includes salbutamol (Ventolin and generics) in MDI, DPI, nebuliser solution and oral formulations — one of the most commonly requested products across our export markets. Long-acting bronchodilators include salmeterol, formoterol, and LAMAs such as tiotropium, umeclidinium, glycopyrronium and aclidinium.
Inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) available include beclometasone, budesonide, fluticasone propionate, fluticasone furoate, ciclesonide and mometasone. Popular combination inhalers (ICS + LABA) include Seretide (fluticasone/salmeterol), Symbicort (budesonide/formoterol), Fostair, Relvar Ellipta, and Trimbow.
Oral respiratory medicines include montelukast, zafirlukast, theophylline and aminophylline, roflumilast (for COPD), and mucolytics such as carbocisteine and acetylcysteine. For severe asthma requiring biologics, we supply omalizumab, mepolizumab, benralizumab and dupilumab under appropriate frameworks.
