Haematological medicines span a critical and specialist range, from anticoagulation management and anaemia treatment to rare bleeding disorder therapies. Anticoagulants are a central part of our haematology range, including low molecular weight heparins (enoxaparin, dalteparin, tinzaparin), unfractionated heparin, fondaparinux and direct oral anticoagulants. Reversal agents including protamine sulfate, idarucizumab and andexanet alfa are also available.

Erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs), epoetin alfa, epoetin beta, darbepoetin alfa, used in renal anaemia and chemotherapy-induced anaemia are within our specialist sourcing capability. Iron preparations for anaemia management include oral salts (ferrous sulfate, ferrous fumarate) and IV formulations (ferric carboxymaltose, iron sucrose, ferric derisomaltose).

Haematinic and coagulation factor products including tranexamic acid, vitamin K preparations and desmopressin for mild haemophilia are available.
