Urgent Oncology Medicines for a Gulf State Hospital
A leading tertiary hospital in the GCC region faced a critical shortage of three branded oncology medicines mid-treatment cycle. Their existing European supplier had a four-week backorder, and patients on active chemotherapy protocols could not wait. The hospital's pharmacy director reached out to Euro Biom requesting emergency sourcing with full batch documentation and temperature-controlled shipping.
We identified verified UK stock of all three medicines within six hours, prepared the export documentation including Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product and manufacturer batch certificates, and arranged priority cold-chain air freight via our Heathrow logistics partners. The shipment cleared customs in the destination country within 48 hours of the initial enquiry, with GDP-compliant temperature logs provided end-to-end.
All three oncology medicines delivered within 52 hours. No treatment interruptions occurred. The hospital has since placed four further orders through Euro Biom for specialty and shortage medicines.
Rare Disease Medicine for a Paediatric Patient in South Asia
A paediatric neurologist at a private hospital in South Asia contacted Euro Biom on behalf of a child diagnosed with a rare lysosomal storage disorder. Multi-Product Tender for a West African Health Ministry
A Ministry of Health procurement office in West Africa issued a tender for 42 pharmaceutical line items covering essential medicines across cardiovascular, anti-infective, and metabolic therapeutic areas.
